Derwentside Hospice Care Foundation – or Willow Burn Hospice as we are known locally - is currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are an independent charity delivering palliative and end of life care services to adults and their families across Derwentside and County Durham.
Job Purpose
The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) works within the Clinical Services department and will be deliver a range of care duties under the supervision of RGNs providing patient care for Willow Burn Hospice.
Hours: 25hrs working flexible hours - (7.5hr day shifts, 12.5hrs day and night duties) to include weekend and Bank Holidays
Salary: £12.78 p/h (pay review pending)
