On 20 May 2023, Dawn Turnbull will be taking on the challenge of a lifetime when she takes to the air for the first time in an airplane, followed by a skydive at 10,000 feet for Willow Burn.
Dawn Turnbull, who is part of the wonderful team at Crescent Homecare is facing her fears and skydiving to raise £2000 for her local hospice. Dawn has been part of the fundraising team at Crescent Homecare for nearly three years, so far raising £11,203.73. Dawn has abseiled, hiked and walked over hot coals but this will be her biggest challenge to date.

Rachel Todd, Head of Fundraising and Marketing said: "The first time I met Dawn was at the top of Ashgill Force Waterfall in 2021. It is safe to say she was very nervous and that 70ft waterfall was a challenge in itself. If you had told me then she was going to do a skydive, I would never have believed you.
I am so proud to have Dawn on Team Willow Burn. Not only is she taking on this incredible challenge but she has lost weight to ensure she can. Dawn is incredibly brave and her tenacity is infectious.
