Meet Mandy and Rosie.

In January 2024, Mandy and Rosie signed up to take part in Walkies for Willow Burn this year in memory of Mandy's mam and dad.

"Rosie is my Mam and Dad's dog, she came to live with me when my Dad couldn’t care for her anymore. I lost my Mam 13 months ago and then my Dad at Willow Burn Hospice 11 weeks ago.

My Dad (Eddy Turnbull) spent the last few weeks of his life in Willow Burn.

The care, dignity and compassion he received during his time there was second to none.

Not just him but us as a family too. We will always be grateful for the kindness, understanding and support shown to us as a family, during such a difficult time."

By taking part in Walkies for Willow Burn in January, this fantastic duo raised an incredible £245.00 which will fund over 12 hours of nursing care in The Helen McArdle In-Patient Wing in 2024

From the bottom of our hearts - Thank You Mandy and Rosie
